Initiation Badge:

 

Two - Minute Speech: Find an audience (a class or a small-group), and deliver a short, poignant speech or presentation on any subject (but we encourage you to talk about your potential inquiry project).

 

Component Badges:

Three types of presentation must be complete before the foundation badge can be awarded.

 

Oral: Organization, pacing, volume and tone are all key components of an effective oral presentation.

 

Video: Editing, scene selection, narrative elements, sound, colour and music all need consideration when creating a video presentation.

 

Audio: Vocal delivery, content, volumes and music (and even sound effects).
